1. Definitions

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain

• Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or conducting money laundering through the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or koi365 staff members

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting koi365 customer support. Upon account closure, all pending bonuses will be forfeited, outstanding bets will be settled, and your account balance will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.

9.2 Suspension and Termination by koi365

koi365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provide false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engage in prohibited activities, bonus abuse, or fraudulent conduct
• Are found to be under the legal gambling age
• Fail to complete KYC verification when requested

• Remain inactive for an extended period (12 consecutive months of no login or gaming activity)

Upon account termination for cause, koi365 reserves the right to forfeit account balances, void pending bets, and withhold winnings obtained through violative conduct. In cases of suspected criminal activity, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and may pursue legal remedies.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal procedures shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with arbitration proceedings.

10.4 Time Limitation for Claims

Any claim or dispute arising from your use of koi365 services must be filed within six (6) months from the date the cause of action arose. Failure to file a claim within this time period shall result in permanent waiver of that claim.
